A great easy-to-use dmx software package from American dj. Mydmx enables you to control all your lighting fixtures (providing they are dmx 512 compatible) from your pc or laptop. The software is easy to use, and has fixture files for all manufactures of lights, not just American dj ones. The software is really simple, and even if your lights aren't in the fixture files its easy enough too add them in yourself. To help you program your shows, the included 3d visualiser is an excellent tool. Create your room setting and add in your fixtures. You can physically see what your lights will be doing, and the show it will create! Once your happy with it, all you need to do is set up your show! Connect your laptop to the mydmx dongle via usb then connect to your first fixture via an xlr cable and then connect the rest of your lights as you would normally, and your light show will perform exactly as you programmed it on your screen.
